🧬 In this 90-minute family hands-on workshop , explore the world of fungi by creating game pieces, tokens, and tiles using living mycelium. Shape the material using molds and discover how mycelium grows through natural fibers to form sturdy creations. Your pieces will be dried and heat-treated to make them durable and ready to use! ✨ 🔬 This workshop is part of a National Science Foundation-funded research study on learning modern life science in informal settings. Who Can Participate? Youth ages 11+ and their family members or friends. No prior experience is needed!
