Join us for Baby Yoga at Desert Bloomers this week, with a live Sound Bath Experience! 🎶 Throughout the session, certified meditation instructor Paramdayal Kaur will lead a live sound bath, creating a calming atmosphere with soothing sounds and vibrations that enhance relaxation, focus, and emotional well-being for both children and caregivers. ☁️✨ Special guests from the El Paso Center for Children will also be on site to provide family-centered activities and resources that support early childhood development and school readiness. 📚 🌱 Yoga Session & Sound Bath: 9:30 AM - 10 AM 🧘🏻‍♀️ Yoga led by certified instructor: Sofia Sifuentes 💫 Guests are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat. A limited number of mats will be available to borrow. This peaceful morning of movement, connection, and relaxation is reserved exclusively for our youngest explorers, ages 0-3 , and their caregivers. *Space is limited to preserve the serenity of this special time.
